Meet DeAnna. Owner and CEO of Evolve Events. She has been in the industry for over 15 years. Author of three books and had the privilege to help with events from 20 in the room to over 6000 in the room. Mother of three boys and Mimi to three grandchildren. DeAnna resides outside of Austin, Texas. Let DeAnna and her team help create an amazing experience at your next event.

Bill Rogers

Owner / Chief Operating Officer

Bill is the Owner and CFO of Evolve Events. Bill has had over 20 years of Business and Sales Management. The ultimate grill master in his spare time and grandfather of three grandchildren. Bill resides outside of Austin, Texas.

Ryan Hawkins

Director of Operations

Ryan is the Director of Operations. With over 11 years of Management, Ryan is ready to help create that amazing event experience for your next event. Husband and father of two sons and a daughter. He currently lives outside of Austin, Texas.

Heather Davidoff

Director of Events

Heather has had over 15 years of Event Experience from Cruise Ship Director to working for some of the largest brands/companies in the industry. Her attention to detail will fundamentally help make your event the most successful event that you could have imagined. Heather lives in the Tampa, Florida area.

Bailey is one of our skilled Event Coordinators. Bailey graduated from University of Texas. Bailey loves dogs and loves traveling. She currently lives in Austin, TX.
